Today in yoga class…

Between Jody and Annie’s “reclined spinal twists” poses and Negra and Jody’s “happy baby poses“, we must have some very zen chimps around here. I caught both Negra and Jody simultaneously “practicing” this morning in the greenhouse.

I like to think of this next pose as a “reclined” (or laying down) lotus pose:

    I wish I was as good at Yoga as they are !! I shared these pics with Marsha who has a Yoga class at the senior center in Cle Elum. I thought she might get a kick out of them.

    These are wonderful pictures of perfect alignment in each posture! They are natural yogis, for sure. Thanks for sharing, Kathy. I’m going to post these on our website, too. Just love ’em!

    Seeing this really makes me miss my Yoga class. Negras expression is amazing… so calm and centered.
